Airlines Group Travel Record Application is a Microsoft Access opened source program. It gives you the ability to create, organize, edit group travel requests and save a backup of your database when finalized. However, the idea of this application is to give you wider range of creating, organizing and saving your group requests than doing them manually.

 

Features of Airlines Group Travel Record:

1. Creating Airlines Group Travel Record. It is suitable for travel agencies who are requesting groups from airlines’ companies.
2. You can add passengers’ names and their data either manually or using the paste feature, e.g. copying from Microsoft Excel. Of course, copying names from Microsoft Access to Excel is also possible with copy-paste feature.

Tip: When copying from MS Excel, please include all cells even the empty fields from the beginning of the worksheet (Sample MS excel file is included).

3. Keeps all parties attached within the group travel request form. 
4. Provides an editable letter of the group requests with all related names of travelers.
5. Backup your completed group requests.
