Vehicles e-logbook is an open-source Microsoft Access Program. The main purpose of the program is to create log records for vehicles being used by your employees. The program has the following features:
- A clear and simple front page.
- A saved list for vehicles the company has.
- A saved list for the employees who use the listed vehicles.
- Recording the time of using the vehicles (In/Out).
- A complete report filtered by employees/vehicles/date.
- The ability to add more features to the programs (VBA Source is opened).
However, with this program, you can manage the use of vehicles and distribute them according to the department needs. So, when a vehicle has to be recorded to an employee, you can add that with a simple command to add the record and likewise, when the employee return the vehicle, you can add the return time with similar command to close the record.
All records will be saved in one report.
