Home Page

Billing and Invoicing Software provides the current user with his total sales for a specific period. A printable report is attached and can be printed. That will show his activity in detail.

 

General Sales Page

The general sales page is the perfect tool for preparing and issuing invoices. It provides the active user with the ability to prepare and manage the customer’s order and save it. Once the order is ready, the invoice can be issued immediately. The order will be automatically transferred to the invoices page with a unique reference number and deducts the purchased items from the inventory.

 

Invoices Page

This page keeps all issued invoices. However, it gives you the ability to find and browse all invoices. Moreover, the page is supported with a refund tool. So, the customer can partially refund his purchases or refund the entire invoice depending on the administrator privileges.

 

Inventory Page

The inventory page keeps the inventory items in detail. Of course, you can update it if needed. Moreover, you can check items for orders from your registered suppliers. Accordingly, this page will save all marked orders.
