MS Access Timekeeping & Payroll Program is mainly designed to manage your employees’ timekeeping, provides quota overview for your employees, monthly slips, Certificate of Salaries, and much more. However, it is ideal for small businesses only. Moreover, the source of the program is open for further development or learning.

- It enables you to manage the list of your employees.
- You can manage and record the working time of your employees.
- It provides a quota overview of your employees.
- Provides Monthly Pay-slips.
- Provides Certificate of Salaries.
- You can manage the termination of employees.
Other Features:
- The source is open. However, to run the program with all features (Navigation Pane, Access Options, Full menus) Please press (Shift + Enter) upon running the program. So, learners or who want to develop the program can easily access all forms in design view as well as the related VBA.
- The program is secured by one administrator.
- The administrator can add multiple usernames. In addition, the admin can control and grant eligibilities to users so that the user can access specific or all pages.
Remarks:
- Please note that the login password is temporarily set to “123”. So please change it in order to keep it secured especially if you wish to officially use it.
- Please check all rates such as the overtimes, lost times, commissions, etc. to fit the rules of your business.
- You can split the database to work on more than one PC. However, this feature has to be created from your end. So, please read more on how to split an access database.
- Please note that this access application doesn’t Fit large organizations. In fact, it is designed only for small businesses.
